Cooky's Home-made Baked Beans



1 lb.

Dry Beans

1-1/2 Tblsp.

Vinegar

1 Tblsp.

Chopped Onions

2 Tblsp.

Catsup

1/2 tsp.

Dry Mustard

2-3 lbs.

Bacon Ends - cubed

1/4 tsp.

Pepper

1 Tblsp.

Molasses

3/4 Tblsp.

Salt

1 Tblsp.

Butter

2 Tblsp.

Brown Sugar

1 Cup

Ham Juice (if available)


Soak beans overnight, drain and place in slow cooker, roaster or crock.

Sprinkle the remaining ingredience over beans.

Cover with water and bake or cook for 6-8 hours, until darkened and tender.

Add additional water as needed.
