Cooky's Liver Pate'



4 lbs.

Chicken Livers and Hearts

1 tsp.

Garlic Powder

2 Tblsp.

Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp.

Salt

2

Onions

1/2 tsp.

Pepper

1 tsp.

Prepared Mustard

1 Cup

Chicken Broth

1/2 tsp.

Parsley Flakes

1/8 lb.

Oleo


Sauté livers and hearts in the 1/8 lb. of Oleo until cooked.

Cool and grind or chop livers and raw onions

Mix in the rest of the ingredients, adding chicken broth until desired texture is achieved.

Mayonnaise can be added if desired.
